Se procede a la demolición de una construcción de los años 70 aproximadamente, que había ocupado el patio y se encontraba en estado ruinoso. Se recupera de esta forma el mismo. y su uso tradicional para albergar flora. Además, vuelve a ser un espacio abierto de la vivienda, que aporta luz y aire a las estancias interiores. Con ello se mejora, la ventilación cruzada y la iluminación de la vivienda en todo el interior.
La vivienda tiene una planta baja que alberga los espacios más públicos: cocina, salón y comedor además del patio y una solana. En parte alta encontramos el baño y las habitaciones.
La cubierta de teja se amplia generando unos espacio s de conexión entre la planta baja, pública y la planta primera, privada; es decir, entre salón comedor y cocina y las habitaciones, creando un área intermedia que no estaba en la vivienda tradicional. En esta zona se ha establecido el baño, la solana y zona de estudio-estar.
Con la intervención se ha conseguido, de una vivienda deteriorada y con una parte en estado ruinoso fuera de normativa, un espacio habitable; con más calidad y mejorando la vivienda tradicional, en un emplazamiento de gran valor y belleza.

The house has a ground floor that houses the most public spaces: kitchen, living room and dining room as well as the patio and a utility room. In the upper part we find the bathroom and the bedrooms.
The tile roof is widened, generating connecting spaces between the ground floor, public and the first floor, private; that is, between the living room and kitchen and the bedrooms, creating an intermediate area that was not in the traditional home. In this area the bathroom, the utility room and the study-living area have been established.
With the intervention, a dilapidated house with a part in a dilapidated state outside the regulations has been achieved, a habitable space; with more quality and improving traditional housing, in a location of great value and beauty.
